Return Process

  Log into your Virtude account or visit our online Returns Portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the beauty products are unused and in their original packaging. Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
